This product was developed to improve the weld ability of the normal GI and to have good paint ability with a simple pre-treatment facility. It is a galvanized steel sheet produced through special heat treatment after plating to form an alloy layer between the galvanized layer and the base steel.

SuperGalumⓇ is a registered trademark of KG Dongbu Steel for Aluminum-Zinc galvanized steel sheet. SuperGalumⓇ has three to six times better corrosion resistance compared to zinc coated (galvanized) steel sheet of the same coating thickness.

MgCOTⓇ provides super-improved durability, chemical resistance, excellent corrosion resistance at deformed zone when compared to normal GI. It is a future-oriented and environmental friendly coating product.

EGI (Electrolytic Galvanized Iron) has a flawless and smooth surface, and its phosphate treatment enhances paint adhesiveness. EGI has the highest weld-ability (Both spot welding and seam welding are possible.)
